Cookie & similar tech policy

What are cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between page loads. We also use related browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) for the same purpose. We list every one we set in the inventory below.
Our categories
- Essential — required for the site to work (authentication, CSRF, your language). Always on; you can't disable these without breaking the product.
- Functional — UI preferences, recent searches. Off by default.
- Analytics — anonymised counts via Plausible (no PII shipped). Off by default.
- Marketing — UTMs and ad attribution so we know which channels reach PG owners. Off by default. No third-party marketing cookies are active in Phase 1.

Per-cookie inventory
Here's exactly what we plan to set, whether it's active today or part of a near-term feature:
| Name | Provider | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ans:consent:v1 | Aira Nexus | Essential | Stores your cookie preferences | 12 months |
| ans.token | Aira Nexus | Essential | Keeps you signed in to the admin app | 30 days |
| ans:pref:theme | Aira Nexus | Functional | Remembers your light / dark choice | 12 months |
| (cookieless — see note) | Plausible | Analytics | Aggregated page-view counts, no PII | n/a |
Note: Plausible is configured to be cookieless by default — it's listed here for transparency even though it sets nothing in your browser.
Disable in your browser
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
Disabling essential cookies will sign you out and may break parts of the admin app.
Withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time. Your choices will be cleared and the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
