Pick RentOk if…

  • You need Aadhaar e-KYC, e-sign agreements or online police verification — they market all three and we deliberately ship none of them.
  • You need a mature multi-city operations stack today: native apps, staff hierarchies and attendance, visitor management, a tenant app. Size on its own isn't the reason to leave, though — here 200 beds is ₹999 and 500 beds is ₹1,499, one flat price per hostel.
  • You run one small property and the lowest possible monthly fee is what matters most. A per-bed rate on a small hostel can total less than our ₹499 Starter — divide our pack price by their per-bed quote and you get the exact bed count where the two cross. Below it they're cheaper, and we'd rather tell you now than have you work it out later.

  • In Phase 1 you export your tenant + bed data from RentOk as CSV and import it into Stay with our built-in CSV import — download the template, map the fields, preview before committing. Run the 14-day trial in parallel to check the data before you cut over. Full mid-cycle migration with billing reconciliation is on our Phase 2 roadmap.
