Run more than one hostel? Each is priced on its own beds, and every extra one is discounted — 2nd 15% off, 3rd 20%, 4th and beyond 25% — all on one itemised bill. The discount follows the order you add your hostels, and applies to whichever is 2nd, 3rd and 4th on that list.

How much rent is probably sitting out of cycle every month?
Combines rent that arrives late, your time chasing it, and the slice that eventually becomes a write-off.
These figures are modelled, not measured. We assume late rent slips ~18 days, costs ~₹150 a bed to chase, and that ~12% is eventually written off — and that reminders recover ~60% of that. They're our working assumptions for sizing the problem, not a promise about your PG. Adjust the inputs to match what you actually see.

Each hostel is priced on its own beds, so a 40-bed place and a 90-bed place are billed as what they actually are — never pooled into one inflated pack. Every extra hostel is discounted: your 2nd is 15% off, 3rd 20%, and the 4th and beyond 25% off. Everything. The full product, no card required, ₹50 of WhatsApp wallet credit so you can actually send live reminders. We bill the first month on day 15 based on the beds you set up.
Honest dunning, not surprises. We message you when the invoice is raised, again if it goes overdue, and once more before the account is limited — and even then it goes read-only, so you can still see everything and export it. No, and that's deliberate. Those workflows add weeks of compliance overhead and don't solve the rent-leakage problem we exist to solve. If ID-verification workflows are a must-have for you, a compliance-heavy platform will suit you better than we will — ask any vendor to demo it on real data before you sign. If you want money recovered now, you want us.

Yes — turn on utility billing per property, then each month enter each room's actual electricity and water bill. Stay splits it fairly among that room's occupants — or per bed, so an AC bed pays more — and adds it as a line separate from rent. It's owner-entered bills split fairly, not hardware sub-metering, so your rent-leakage number stays rent-only.
