Phase 1 is the floor — the things that move money this month. Here's the order we'll ship the rest, with rough dates. Dates are estimates; the order is firm.

We asked early owners what they needed next and shipped it. All of this is live today — same one plan, no extra tier.

Electricity & water split-billing

Enter each room's actual bill; Stay splits it fairly among occupants — or per bed, so an AC bed pays more — as a line separate from rent.

Deposit, advance & move-out settlement

Hold a security deposit and a rent advance, then get one Final Statement at move-out: held minus owed = a single refund or collect number, plus a per-tenant deposit passbook.

Deposit receipt & move-out NOC

Tenants get a WhatsApp deposit receipt at move-in and a printable move-out No-Objection Certificate — re-sendable from their profile.

Food & meal planning

Per-meal veg / non-veg cook counts for the days ahead, minus residents on meal-leave, so you cook the right amount and cut waste.

Per-bed rent overrides

Price an AC or corner bed above the room default, without touching an active tenant's locked-in rent.

Remove bed or room

Retire a bed or a whole room and it stops billing instantly — past receipts and NOCs still resolve.

Short-stay / per-day billing

Book a guest for a set number of nights, priced per day — one charge at check-in, a "checking out" flag when the date arrives, and one-tap checkout or extend. A booking mode alongside monthly rent (recurring weekly rent is still on the roadmap).
