What about Razorpay payment links?

Razorpay-style payment links are also coming in Phase 2. Tenant taps a WhatsApp link, pays via any UPI/card/netbanking, receipt is instant. Different from Autopay because the tenant still initiates each payment.

Is UPI Autopay safe for tenants?

Yes — it's an NPCI-regulated mandate. The tenant approves a maximum amount per cycle. They can cancel in their UPI app any time.

What happens if the autopay fails (insufficient balance)?

We retry per NPCI rules, then fall back to your existing WhatsApp reminder flow automatically.

Do you take a cut of my rent?

No. When autopay ships you'll pay the payment gateway's own per-transaction fee and nothing on top from us — we add no "convenience fee" markup. Gateway rates vary by payment method, and we'll publish the exact pass-through before launch.
