  • Each hostel is priced on its own beds, so a 40-bed place and a 90-bed place are billed as what they actually are — never pooled into one inflated pack. Every extra hostel is discounted: your 2nd is 15% off, 3rd 20%, and the 4th and beyond 25% off.   • Honest dunning, not surprises. We message you when the invoice is raised, again if it goes overdue, and once more before the account is limited — and even then it goes read-only, so you can still see everything and export it.   • Yes — turn on utility billing per property, then each month enter each room's actual electricity and water bill. Stay splits it fairly among that room's occupants — or per bed, so an AC bed pays more — and adds it as a line separate from rent. It's owner-entered bills split fairly, not hardware sub-metering, so your rent-leakage number stays rent-only.
