Can tenants pay rent online through the software?

Today you record payments made by cash, UPI, NEFT or cheque and the tenant gets an instant receipt. Automatic UPI auto-debit and tap-to-pay links are a Phase 2 release — you can join that waitlist — but they are not live yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.

I run three PGs. Can I manage them under one login?

Yes. Run all of them under one account with a property switcher, and no feature is locked behind a higher tier. Each hostel is priced on its own beds — a 40-bed place and a 90-bed place are billed as what they actually are, never pooled — and every extra hostel is discounted: 15% off your 2nd, 20% off the 3rd, 25% off the 4th and beyond. It all lands on one itemised GST invoice with a line per hostel.

Do reminders come from my own number?

They come from our Meta-verified WhatsApp Business number, branded with your PG name inside the message. Own-number sending is on the roadmap, not in Phase 1.

How is the rent leakage number calculated?

It's simply the total rent due for the current cycle minus what's been recorded as paid, across every bed. As you record payments, it falls — that's the point.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You move to the per-hostel plan. Nothing auto-charges to a card during the trial — there's no card on file. You add billing when you decide to continue.

What it costs

One simple per-hostel price with no beds × rate maths — ₹499/mo for up to 75 beds, then just ₹5 per extra bed (moving up to the ₹999 or ₹1,499 pack only when it's cheaper; about 20% off on annual), charged on the beds you configure, not on how full they are. A 40-bed PG is ₹499/month. Run several PGs and each is priced on its own beds, with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th+ discounted 15%, 20% and 25%. WhatsApp messaging is separate at ~₹0.20 per message from your wallet.
